Back in the day, when Fighting Games became more famous in the gaming world, there was that one schoolgirl fighter in every game, that grabbed all the attention. The hype of these is real but not just in videogames. In the early 90s, the anime “Sailormoon” made the schoolgirl outfit a big deal, also for the western fans. A wave of cosplays, fanarts and the love for animes highly increased. Even in movies like “Kick Ass” or “Kill Bill”, the skirt combined with a blouse does a serious damage to everyone's heart.

What is the secret behind it? GIRL-POWER!

Be young, be pretty, be strong! This is the recipe for every girl to be successful.

Honoka has secret powers, is super cute and has the special something that qualifies her to wear this outfit, that has also been highlighted in Dead or Alive 1. Back in the days, Kasumi and also Ayane presented this lovely piece of fashion in some variations.

Newcomer DLC / Season Pass 4

The “NEWCOMER Costume DLC” + Season Pass 4 are out now!

In the first pack of the 4^th season, the new girls will shine even more. Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu, Honoka and the newest diamond of the series Noatora li are getting tons of new outfits.

You can choose between School Costumes, Police outfits, also Bedtime, Gym and Swimsuit ones are included. Over the top of that, you are getting new original outfit for Marie Rose, Nyotengu and Honoka.

If you decide to get the new Season Pass 4, you'll get access to the exclusive “Miyama Ageha” outfit for Ayane.

Story behind the outfit:

Based on the lines “I am the female Tengu of Miyama” (original - Dead or Alive 2 – Sega Dreamcast), Ayane is obviously the right choice to get this Kimono based on Nyotengu's default one. “Sacred Miyama” is the boss stage of DOA2's Storymode. You are going to encounter Bankostubo “Tengu”. After Ayane defeated the winged creature, she left those lines. So, it makes sense to share this beautiful Kimono with her and it adds a special "Flashback"-vibe to it. (pictures at the end of this blog)
